Water Fitness Classes & Aquatic Personal Training ~ The properties of water are ideal for achieving therapeutic goals in a safe and effective environment. Many individuals can successfully participate in a water exercise program to help with their rehabilitation. Water is supportive through buoyancy, resistive in nature, and equal in hydrostatic pressure on the submerged body part.
Water Fitness Class: Enjoy a great aqua workout class by yourself or with a friend.
Aquatic Personal Training: I will work with you to create a customized 45 minute or 1 hour workout for you. This is great for post physical therapy.
No sessions! Lessons are on-going and pay as you go. You do not pay when you are out as long as you call and cancel for that day.
